Folks I'm starting to wonder if I should install VoiceNormalizer. Most of my colleagues already have it, and their classes run so smoothly! No students asking them to repeat, no awkward pauses. Parents seem more engaged when they speak too. If it can make communication that effortless, maybe it's worth considering.
